We ordered lunch and they were an hour and a half late. The guy said nothing when got there, but he apparently thought it was cool to throw the receipt in our bushes as he left. When we called back to talk to them about throwing garbage in our yard, they told us they didn't care. Real professional.

Having a craving for pizza on an early Thursday afternoon, my sister and I went online and ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks from out local Hungry Howie's. We came into the shop to pick up our order a half hour after the order was placed to find out our order had not even been made yet and it would take an extra 20 minutes. While waiting, we heard the employees behind the counter answer a call from a customer who had ordered delivery that hadn't been sent out yet and they asked if she could pick it up herself. About ten minutes later that women came in for her food she ordered over an hour ago but they had sent it out for delivery. And believe it or not, that wasn't the only situation like that. They got two more delivery calls where they told the customer that the food was ready but hadn't been sent out yet so they were going to have to change the delivery to a pickup. They didn't even tell us when our food was ready, we only got it when we eventually asked about it and all they gave us was a "Sorry about the wait." To say the least, I was very unimpressed with the customer service and my overall experience at this Hungry Howie's. However I do give this review 2 stars because the pizza and the Howie Bread itself is good. They do a nice job with their specialty crusts and don't take it lightly on their toppings.

This location always makes it right they put a lot of toppings on and they're really friendly we went to a closer location and we were disappointed more than once rather than put a bad review on their site we will put a good one here thanks for the good service!

We ordered Take Out from here last night. Had a positive experience. Be careful to read all the fine print on the coupons. Sometimes there's a catch - but that's my fault. Overall, enjoyed the Pizza, not terribly expensive, and everything was ready when we were told it would be.

Too bad Hungry Howie is not in most states. I am not much of a pizza fan, but I will crave a Howie Works Butter Cheese thin crust pizza any day! What I like about Hungry Howie are their flavored thin crusts available in original, butter, Cajun, onion, sesame, garlic herb and butter cheese! They also have very good cinnamon bread sticks.
